How it Works:
- You supply us with your electronic invoice once a week. If you do not receive an electronic invoice from your carrier, you simply export the data from your shipping software. We will provide the detailed instructions on how to export the data needed.
- We audit all of the shipments and services paid for by your company. This includes, ground, express, and international shipments.
- When we have identified late deliveries, we will submit the necessary information needed to process your refund. We will need a limited power of attorney to accquire your refunds. The power of attorney needs to be limited to refunds on your account only.
- Your refund savings will appear on your next shipping invoice.
- We are then paid our fees based on a percentage of refund amount.
- Our FEE: 30% of the refund amount.
